5 Year Warranty

This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase of the outdoor kitchen cabinets. This warranty is given to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Coverage:

• This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the material and workmanship of the Product, including any defects in the door hinges, drawer glides, and any other hardware components included with the Product.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, weathering, discoloration, or other changes to the finish resulting from exposure to sunlight, moisture, or other environmental conditions.

Remedies:

• If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, the purchaser must notify the manufacturer in writing within the warranty period. The manufacturer will repair or replace the Product or any defective part of the Product, at its sole discretion.
• If the manufacturer is unable to repair or replace the Product, the manufacturer may refund the purchase price, in its sole discretion.

• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or, at the manufacturer's sole discretion, to a refund of the purchase price.
• The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or similar damages.
